I recently switched my second store onto the SAVINGSource waste program. It worked out fine. No issues at all. The SAVINGSource team handled all the paperwork, including the cancellation of our old service. Seamless.

Our store purchased Trane equipment through SAVINGSource. The Trane professionals were easy to deal with and provided exact replacement equipment for our building. The process is quick and easy and provides significant savings over locally sourced HVAC systems. SAVINGSource is my go-to source for any major store related purchases. A home run for Ace stores!

We have been pleased with the T-mobile service and pricing. We provide each of our stores with a T-Mobile cellphone to process Acehardware.com orders and receive incoming Curbside calls/texts. Our Delivery drivers have a T-Mobile phone to process orders and communicate with customers. We also converted the cell service for our Digital Reader Boards to T-Mobile.

I purchased an automatic door from Stanley through SAVINGSource. Absolutely wonderful! My old doors were two double 6 ft doors and customers kept busting them with their carts. Stanley listened to my concerns and developed a solution for automatic doors for the front of my store. It allows customers since COVID to now enter and exit without having to touch the door’s surfaces. My experience from start to finish with Stanley was excellent! Best thing I did in 24 years! I have purchased computers, printers and now doors through them! Can’t believe how cheap it is!

Fed up with [our service provider], I was anxious to switch to internet-based phone systems but took the plunge. It was far easier than I had expected. The Vonage trainer was very knowledgeable of Ace Retailers that he could quickly make recommendations, which was important as their offering is loaded with features! Keep in mind that broadband based phone systems require backup. We installed a Cradlepoint switchover device with T-Mobile for cellular. T-Mobile was so fast and efficient that we are using them for our Zebra devices too! All-in-all a great set of suppliers and products!

Signs Unlimited went the extra mile and handled every step of my sign process. I was kept informed and they worked with a difficult landlord to meet the Ace specs and exceed my expectations, on time. We are very pleased with the outcome & recommend using Signs Unlimited.

QMI, a SAVINGSource preferred supplier, installed their security shutters in my store for the added security. Things went well and the shutters are hardly noticeable when open. They offered to install after hours but we ultimately decided to install while open with minimal disruption.

I would be happy to recommend the Portico Systems flooring to anyone. They were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. They made excellent suggestions, responded quickly to any issues along the way and our install went very smooth. The final product looks fantastic. Our customers and employees are impressed with the way our store looks now. We loved it so much that we also used them to redo our corporate offices and are currently working on the same flooring for another one of our stores.

We found the ODP Business Solutions program through SAVINGSource to have phenomenal pricing and easy to use. I love having a single sign on that I can make purchases and ship them to the corresponding store. All of it then bills to my Ace statement. Our ODP rep will reach out periodically to ensure we have everything we need.

We’ve purchased PCs multiple times from the SAVINGSource and every time has gone great. We’ve always received the computers very quickly, even this last large order for 10 with all the craziness going on in the world. Michael’s been so helpful every time I call him particularly when we’ve been in a bind and needed the PCs ASAP. Keep up the up the great work!

After Hurricane Ida came through our area, internet went down. We purchased a CradlePoint through SAVINGSource to process credit card transactions, which we used for eight days until our primary internet came back up. Thank you SAVINGSource!
